- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆NEGATIVE STARS!!! Why does it seem that they put the most incompetent tellers in the motor bank on weekends? Very disappointed in the lack of customer service, training and knowledge from the tellers and/or managers for not providing the training or common sense when dealing with a business account. I have had an account with this bank for over 12 years and never dealt with such incompetency. I sincerely hope that just because this bank is here in Rio that they don't treat this branch like whatever they feel like instead of maintaining the standards set forth by Corporate. Will loose a long time customer! I wanted to put NO STARS but would not be able to post it.By Ricky G, May 22, 2017
